Really good customer service. Had to return so sandles gave me no hassle because it didn't have a receipt very helpful in the shoe department.
This location is open during renovation. Typical for an outlet to display the highest MSRP and then have a 50% off sale to make you think it's a tremendous bargain. If you are careful though and combine the discounts with say a 20% additional coupon it's worth it.
Limited choices, complicated deals and flawed merchandise. A recipe for buyer's remorse.
I love this store. They have a great selection of performance outdoor clothing. Great stuff to keep the sun off of you. My go to for fishing attire. I like their fashion vibe-- it reflects mine. Probably not for everyone though.
The lady in the shoe department, I cannot remember her name but she was very kind and helpful. She was very attentive to what my mother was looking for in a shoe.
