This review is for Dr Miranda, as I haven't experienced Dr Ortega's work which is more orthodontic, and I haven't needed it yet. But they are in practice together and I'm sure it's comparable.
I was very pleasant with the services provided. The staff was friendly and very professional. I would recommend this dental group. The wait time was not too long.
This dental group was so wonderful to our family. As we primarily live overseas, they worked around our limited and ever changing schedule. Their early hours were so helpful and they were very responsive, incredibly kind and accommodating, but most importantly good, and professional. They were also incredible with kids! I never thought my sons would not only enjoy the dentist, but asked if they could go back the next day! I rarely write reviews but believed it important to recognize a really good practice!
I never thought I'd hear myself saying this (always had a fear of dentists, dentistry, etc) but I have had nothing but very positive experiences at this practice. Appointments can be easily arranged -- in an "emergency" it's on the spot and once appointment is made those on line reminders are GREAT. The office staff never fails to put you at ease and is always caring and helpful. Dr. Miranda's skills amaze me -- professional and he always walks you through every procedure and answers any/all questions giving no hint that you might be the millionth person to ask the same question. Never rushed or impatient, never the slightest pain or discomfort and always pleased with the result. I tell his staff that he's a god cause if you can get me to return after a procedure (I REALLY don't like pain) you're better than good. Highly and often recommend this practice to friends and anyone who needs a dentist!!
Dr. Miranda is WONDERFUL. I was nervous about getting a new dentist after moving here from Colorado. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Miranda and I'm so thankful she did. I recently had to have a root canal and was extremely nervous. Dr. Miranda took an extra X-ray before beginning the procedure and decided I only needed some decay removed and put on a crown. He is so ahead of other dentists I have been to with a digital procedure to make my crown. No gummy mess in my mouth and having to come back again. In about 15 minutes, I had my brand new crown and it is the best fitting crown I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Miranda!!!
Dr. Miranda is professional with a great chair-side manor. I've had 2 crowns done and he knows how to use their state-of-the-art software and crown-making machine. He will actually show you what he's doing while working on the design of your bite. Crowns are made on the spot and instead of waiting a month with a temp, it's ready in about 45 minutes. There is NO sloppy impression goo that you have to bite into (which I hate.) Also, every time he numbs my mouth, there is absolutely no discomfort. He knows how to make it a painless experience. He has also arranged a doable treatment plan that no one else could offer - other dentists just wanted to pull my teeth. I've had a lot of dental work done over the last 50 years and I've finally found a practice that knows their stuff. This isn't a corporate office so you know these guys will be around to always give you great care.
