Very busy almost all the time. The people are nice though. They also have a nice selection of greeting cards, if you need one to mail at the last minute. I never saw that in a PO before, but really liked it and thought it was very smart.
A total of three packages lost, per tracking show delivered. Went to office with the tracking numbers spoke to a worker they took my name and number claimed someone would contact me. Three days later I called USPS and filed three claims for my packages the following day a supervisor calls to check and states delivered to front porch. I questioned this because online it states mail box, places me on hold and they gets back yeah that is where the carrier put them at the box. So either a worker misplaced my items or stole them either way extreme lack of professionalism in regards to others belongings. Supervisor claims he will take up with Post Master, will update if warranted.
This is undoubtedly the worse post office in America. The worst of the worst. Besides not forwarding your mail they are also the biggest theives in New Smyrna. This is the second item they have said the have delivered and have on their report as delivered . Only I was by the door and it was not delivered . We also have securit cameras and no one can me up to the house. The post office lady working in as dumb as the come. Do I am filing a police report after breakfast
To say this Post Office is poorly run would be an understatement! Government employees; what do you expect. If it wasn't for this job, not one employee would be qualified to work at McDonalds. I could rant for a month but this will suffice.
They are well known for losing your packages and stating they were delivered.
