#3. They picked us ( and 4 other people ) up at the body shop , got us through the paperwork in record time even though five customers came in at once. We were in and out of their office in 10 minutes .
A+ Customer Service . An auto accident and your car in the body shop is enough stress .
Although the pick up was later than scheduled (I had to call to make sure they were coming), the overall customer service was excellent once I reached the facility.
Enterprise exceeded my expectations in all three catagories . #1 Received a new Nissan Altima. #2. I think it was $34.95 a day.
We rented a car to drive from Richmond, KY to New Smyrna Beach, FL during Thanksgiving week. The day after Thanksgiving, November 24, 2017, we noticed a flat tire on our rental. The car was undrivable. We called the New Smyrna office and they told us to change the tire and bring the car in to exchange for another car. We did that and it was such an easy, smooth process. Brian immediately gave us another car with no charges or red tape. We were back at the condo within the hour enjoying time with our family. We appreciate Brian and the staff at the New Smyrna Enterprise office for this smooth process that let us enjoy the rest of our vacation. We drove back to Richmond, KY in our new rental with no problems. I will mention that we did not get the roadside assistance package but Enterprise made sure all the right tools were there for us to change our tire and drive it to the office.
Last thing I wanted was to " wrestle " with a rental car company to get a decent car , fair price , and good service .
