Will never reserve a car with Hertz again. The only reason I did it this time was because I would get 500 sky miles from Delta. Got to the airport and the Hertz counter was the ONLY rental agency with a long line--seems the Hertz folks like to spend a LOT of 'selling' time with each customer. Line got longer and longer so I called another agency while standing in line--found availability, got out of line, walked up to the counter of a competitor, gave them my driver's license/credit card--they gave me the keys and away I went. Waived happily at the folks still standing in the Hertz line as I passed them by. SUCKERS!

For a small (and possibly understaffed) branch, the team at NSB Hertz is top-notch. As an elite Hertz member, I am constantly impressed with the level of service and commitment I receive, especially from Tim and Donna. They seem to be working with restriction however, and I wish Hertz would instead invest to grow the branch.
Team BIG Life had an excursion to make up the east coast and Hertz came through!
