Nice "Old Florida" hotel. Very pleasant grounds. Nice, very clean room at an appropriate price. Great owners. Highly recommended. Very convenient to the New Smyrna Marina if you dock there overnight. Thank you, Brett!
The owner Kathy was so nice when we arrived and show us the room we was renting number 3. I feel in love right away it was so clean and had everything you would needed. I stayed for 3 nights at a great price. I would come and live there if I could.

Very clean and cute place....stayed in #5 one night... Awesome location, everything was walking distance, I would definitely recommend and I would like to check out the larger units. This one was pretty small but clean and updated.
